I offer consultations about suffering at work.

 

As a free lance consultant, I have got multiple skills to answer to your needs:

 

                     Company psychologist, graduated from the CNAM of Nantes (Conservatoire  National  des Arts et Métiers) since 2008.

                     Registered in the ADELI of Nantes repertoire since 2008.

                     University Diploma “Addictions and society” from the University of Nantes, since 2009.

 

According to the Labour Department, psychosociological risks correspond to professional risks that  affect psysical integrity and mental health of the employees: stress, harassment, professional exhaustion, violences…

 

I cut in directly next to companies in hopes of doing a field work and be ready to listen to the manager and employee’s demands.The first interview is free and without involvment.

 

I can collaborate with your company physician if  you wish or if he/she asks for it.

 

I offer consultations about  work related suffering which takes the form of individual interview, to answer to the employee’s demand.
